We have some projects that need doing, and we need some doers!
We’ll meet at the Church building on Saturday, April 6th, at 9 am. We’ll get busy shortly after that.
Projects include:
- Some tree trimming.
- Some “sprucing up” inside the building.
- Straightening up items in the two sheds.
- Other jobs we haven’t noticed that need doing.
A Missions Ministry Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 11th at 11:15 am. We’ll meet in the library. This meeting is open to anyone who is interested in promoting the Missions that our Church supports. Join us!
Recently, Bill Warren, the President of F.A.M.E. (The medical mission that we support) came for a visit. While here, we learned that there was an opportunity for our church to deliver surgical gowns to FAME for them to share overseas. Right now, there are 75 boxes of gowns in our church basement. They need to go to Indianapolis Indiana. From there they can be shipped to Missionaries all over the world who can use them to help people who desperately need medical care, and JESUS!
As of right now, we don’t know how we can get them delivered, but if you have any ideas, please share them with someone who is a part of the Missions Ministry. Most likely, we’ll need money to make this happen, so please consider giving generously when the time comes! Thanks in advance for your help in this Ministry!
Offering hope, help and information
The Annual Pregnancy Care Banquet will be held on Sunday, April 28, at 1 pm. If you would like to go, contact Robin about tickets. If you can’t make it but want to help out anyway, you can give Robin money to spend at the Silent Auction! 😊 Seriously, if you want to donate, you can do so personally, or bring money to the church office.
Consider this your invitation to join our men’s prayer group. We meet at the Church on Wednesdays at 8:00 a.m. We would love to have more men join us!
Please remember our “Helping Hands” Ministry. 
If you need help with a chore around your home, don’t try to do it yourself and get hurt!
Don’t pay some stranger to do it. Call on our “Helping Hands.” This Ministry seeks to be of aid to our folks at Church who just “need a little help” with this or that. Need a furnace filter changed? Call on the “Helping Hands.” Have some dead lightbulbs in your ceiling? Call on the “Helping Hands.” Need help in the yard? Call on the “Helping Hands.” Need an addition built onto your home? Call a licensed and bonded contractor! If you would like to ADD your hands to the “Helping Hands,” contact Daniel Witham for more information!
